The Challenge
What do you do when you are challenged to find a web solution for a 4 Star Hotel in Meru, Kenya with very specific requirements? Well if you are like most of us, you Google and try to find and squeeze the different available options that can work and you present them to the client, right? You surely don’t need to reinvent the wheel again in the 21st century now do you? That’s the situation we found ourselves back in 2015.
The Solution
Well at Chika we didn’t really reinvent the wheel, we chose to realign it instead . Because we believe your hotel should not be arm twisted or held hostage to commissions. Every hotel guest that books directly with your hotel hands you more cash are check-out than a customer from an OTA, for exactly the same service and product.
